Saving the date and scheduling a to-do are completely different things.

When a Save the Date arrives on embossed stationery, you get an instant snippet of the exciting things around the corner. Scheduling a to-do, on the other hand, is just filling the calendar.

While we don’t have fancy postcards to mail you for this particular notice, we do have some exciting things in store for Admin Week 2017! And if we’re being technical, you actually need to save a few dates—the show starts April 24 and runs through April 28 (because a single day of fun and appreciation simply doesn’t do you justice).

We lit the Admin Week fuse in 2015—and the explosion of awesome has only gotten bigger each year. Nowadays, it’s the biggest—and coolest—celebration of office managers, executive assistants, administrative maestros, and the like, around the globe.

Now, we love surprises, and we’ve got plenty up our sleeves for next year. But there are a few tried-and-true components of Admin Week we wouldn’t dare forego. Wondering what those are?

Online Casting Call: OfficeNinjas All-Stars

OfficeNinjas All-Stars is our global search for the best and brightest Ninjas. Though we know all Office Ninjas kick ass on a daily basis, All-Stars raise the bar with their creative problem solving, passion for efficiency, and can-do attitudes.

We ask managers and colleagues to nominate hardworking Ninjas who make their lives better. From those nominations, we choose five shining examples of our community.

In the end, the legendary All-Stars are showered with praise—plus we’ll gift them with a professional photo shoot, a featured article on OfficeNinjas.com, and an incredible prize package.

From Austin to Philadelphia to New York City, we turned up some jaw-dropping talent in 2016 and 2015.
