How Did We Celebrate Admin Week 2019? See the Top Moments
An office professional’s masterful work often goes unseen — making it seem like magic. But it isn’t an illusion or trickery. It’s a phenomenon. Every day, Ninjas make the impossible possible with hard work, ingenuity, and uplifting attitudes. And this Admin Week 2019, we revealed and reveled in it.
Admin Week is our annual celebration of executive assistants, office managers, admin pros, and workplace operators (aka “Office Ninjas”) — and this year (April 22–26, 2019), we did it BIG. We strove to honor your accomplishments, reward your dedication, build community, and, of course, throw the biggest Admin Day party in the world!
And this year, we took the experience to new heights with the launch of OfficeNinjas Con, our first, full-day conference.

5th Annual OfficeNinjas All-Stars Awards
Every year we’re blown away by the tenacity, positivity, and creativity of each Ninja nominated for our All-Star awards. This year’s winners were phenomenal. The 2019 Class of All-Stars stretched across the country — from Los Angeles to Maryland — creating incredible office cultures and finding innovative ways to support their team.

First Ever OfficeNinjas Conference
200 admin professionals and workplace operators traveled from 45 cities, 19 states, and as far as Canada and Ireland to spend Admin Day filling up on knowledge, inspiration, and strategies for taking their professional game to new heights.
Together, we descended on the sold-out Bently Reserve in San Francisco and dove head first into the Future of Work and Rituals in Workplace Culture. We learned how to set Personal OKRs and took our creativity out for a stroll through Design Thinking. And we related to the experiences of our peers via an Admingling Taster and a Ninja All-Star-studded discussion panel.

7th Annual Admin Bash
What’s a day full of learning without a night full of celebration?! Hundreds of Ninjas gathered at Bespoke Events on Admin Day for a phenomenal night of networking, winning, and partying.
Delectable food and tasty libations set the stage for a magical night, as Ninjas scored big during our giveaways (thanks to our partners!), met new friends via the Unwrapping Awesome icebreaker, and of course — struck a pose in several photo booths.
