Casting Call 2018: Are You The Next OfficeNinjas All-Star?!

OfficeNinjas All Stars

Editor’s Note: Admin Week 2020 festivites are approaching! Register today for OfficeNinjas Con and Admin Bash 2020.

Ninjas! Do co-workers marvel at your ability to solve problems and pick up new skills? Do you hear a collective sigh of relief whenever you enter the office? How frequently do people ask, “What would we do without you?”

If you answered “Yes,” “Yes,” and “Daily,” you’re All-Star material.

Part of our Admin Week 2018 festivities, OfficeNinjas All-Stars is an online search for the best and brightest office managers, executive assistants, and administrative maestros. Kicking ass on a daily basis is the Office Ninja’s M.O., and All-Stars set the bar even higher with their creativity, resourcefulness, passion for efficiency, and can-do attitudes.

We feature a different winner each day of Admin Week. In addition to worldwide praise and bragging rights, five All-Stars receive an incredible prize package from one of our generous partners. (Past partners have included Delta Air Lines, ezCater, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, NatureBox, and Breather.)

How it Works

Erica Kelley, EA to the CEO and manager of an admin team of CustomInk, is known for her compassion and willingness to step up for her team. Her team returned the favor by pulling off a secret nomination—her 2017 All-Star win was a complete surprise!

What’s an All-Star?

Each day of Admin Week, we feature an exemplary Ninja who regularly knocks it out of the park. In addition to worldwide praise and bragging rights, five All-Stars receive a professional photo shoot, an engraved awards plaque, and an incredible prize package.

It takes a special Ninja to support an entire department and 800 college students amped up on caffeine and first-quarter jitters. Luckily for the Milwaukee School of Engineering, they found one in Emily Vogel, 2017 All-Star Winner!

Who’s Eligible?

Remarkable Office Ninjas from anywhere in the U.S. are eligible. This includes (but isn’t limited to) office managers, executive assistants, operations gurus, administrative assistants, people operations coordinators, and workplace experience managers.

  1. We are an international company with offices both in the US, Canada and UK. It’d be great to be able to nominate coworkers from all places. I agree with the above.

    1. We agree as well, Jill! As soon as it’s feasible, we’ll extend the All-Stars Awards internationally.

  2. I am from Croatia…..and am bummed I can’t participate.
Good luck for all the candidates.
    Best regards from Croatia!

    1. We hope to be able to extend our All-Star Awards internationally someday soon. Thank you for the “good luck” to all the candidates, Marija!

  3. Agreed ^ ; I too am from Canada and am bummed I can’t participate

    1. We’re really bummed you can’t too, Nicole… As soon as we have the ability to provide the in-person elements of the award package outside the US (our home base), we’ll expand it internationally!

  4. Too bad Canadians aren’t included – you should consider expanding the program

    1. Hi Helene, we’d love to expand the program, but currently, it’s only feasible for us to provide the in-person elements of the award package within the US (our home base). As soon as we have the ability, we’ll open it up internationally!
