The theme of OfficeNinjas’ 2022 Admin+ Month was “Together We Build.” We can’t think of a better way to describe the remarkable work done by Administrative+ professionals. Every day, they show up, and they make things happen. Often behind-the-scenes, on the fly, and without a map — or the recognition they so richly deserve.

That’s why we started the annual OfficeNinjas All-Star Awards in 2015.

Elevating and honoring the Admin+ profession is our mission 365 days a year. And every April during Admin+ Month, we pause to spotlight some of the best and brightest executive assistants, office managers, administrative business partners, operations coordinators, and beyond.

We help these builders shine even brighter by showering them with accolades. In addition to having their stories published in their own in-depth feature articles — this year’s All-Stars also received brilliantly curated prize packages from our #1 corporate gift company Onyx, personalized All-Star Award plaques, and a whole lot of love from the global Admin+ community.

During this year’s Admin+ Month festivities, we honored five stellar individual OfficeNinjas All-Stars and one outstanding OfficeNinjas All-Star Team. To find them, we invited executives, colleagues, and Admin+ professionals across the U.S. to nominate their office dynamos.

The bounty of responses we received confirmed what we already knew: Admin+ professionals are out there building BIG things, and their countless, creative contributions are not going unnoticed.
