The Clock’s Ticking—Submit Your All-Star Award Nomination Before March 22nd!

OfficeNinjas All-Stars

Editor’s Note: Admin Week 2020 festivites are approaching! Register today for OfficeNinjas Con and Admin Bash 2020.

OfficeNinjas All-Star Award nominations are literally coming in by the hundreds, and we’re just scratching the surface! We know there are thousands of stand-out Ninjas all over the world making offices efficient, productive, and happy places to work.

Help us find them so they can be properly recognized for their administrative badassery!

We’re not afraid to play the devil’s advocate, so we tried to think of one reason you shouldn’t nominate a fellow Ninja or ask a colleague to nominate you … and we came up with NADA. Bottom line—you gotta go for it. There are stellar prizes, and previous years’ winners have even used their All-Star titles to network and explore new opportunities.

Unlike other awards and competitions, OfficeNinjas All-Stars has no entry fee; nominating someone is a completely free way to say, “Hey, I think you’re great at what you do!”

If you haven’t yet submitted your nomination, here’s what you need to know:

  1. Nominations close March 22, 2017.
  2. All winners will be notified during the week of March 27, 2017.
  3. Winner interviews and photoshoots will be conducted April 3–14, 2017.
  4. The winners will be revealed during Admin Week, April 24–28, 2017.

Feel weird asking someone to nominate you? We’ve got your back.

We put together these handy email templates and sample posts for social media. Pick whichever ones feel most appropriate, and tweak as needed!

Hello COMPANY EMPLOYEES,

As you may know, Administrative Professionals Day takes place on April 26, 2017. OfficeNinjas, the largest community of executive assistants, office managers, and admins, has turned the day into a week-long celebration for “Ninjas” around the world.

COMPANY NAME wants to be considered a champion of the administrative profession (and having an in-house All-Star is great for our reputation!). Please share this nomination form with your colleagues and encourage them to nominate a Ninja today! Nominations end 3/22.

  1. I’d like to nominate Yesenia in Admin. at the California Eye Institute. She is always fun, positive, and has an amazing personality about how to handle whatever comes her way. In her department she has to deal with several issues but some really tough ones can range from over clogged toilets, accidents in the parking lot, to COVID 19 updates.
