The Goal Standard
There’s no shortage of goal-tracking guidelines, but which work best for Office Ninjas? OKR, KPI, and SMART models rely on metrics, but how do you quantify office morale or administrative support? Which performance system was made for the resident fixer and Ninja-of-all-trades?
We’ll enjoy tasty drinks and bites while we vet the options, trade stories, and determine the best strategy for crushing goals and getting credit for it.

Admingling was so much fun! It was wrapped up in a nice little package … the food, laughter, networking and open forum — all covered in two short hours. Maximize your Admingling experience with these simple tips!
1. Don’t forget to put the “mingling” in Admingling! Introduce yourself, swap business cards, and interact with each person in the room. You’re there to connect with other Ninjas, so be bold! The more you put into networking, the more you’ll get out of it.
2. Your fellow Ninjas are your best resources. Curious about another industry? Want to know what it’s like to work at a startup? Got a favorite app or vendor that’s completely changed your work life? Speak up, ask questions, and trade tips.
3. Cash in on peer-to-peer facetime. So many Ninjas work in a department of one, making peer support hard to find. Admingling is your chance to open up and share your questions, ideas, or concerns. You’ll gain new perspectives through the collective power of the group.

Developing Habits and Crushing Coals
Habit hacking and long-term goals aren’t typical happy hour fodder. But, then again, Admingling isn’t a typical networking meet-up. Case in point: our sold-out event at Breather’s 459 Clementina St location. Ninjas went deep (and got real) under the expert guidance of veteran co-hosts Jennifer Sharma and Crystal Le. And our partners at Homegrown, Brewpublik, Delta, and Oh Snap Visuals kept energy levels high with seemingly endless food, drinks, swag, and Ninja appreciation. Check out the photo album.

This invite-only group tested the Admingling model by contributing potential topics for future events, sharing organizational suggestions, and brainstorming ways to keep the fun alive. Carlo Iyog hosted—and treated Ninjas to build-your-own ramen bowls.
More structured than a happy hour but more social than a workshop, an Admingling event harnesses the power of our community’s collective intelligence. Every after-work event is unique; we work with Ninjas in each host city to pick a space that’s both comfortable and inspiring. Everything from the discussion topics to the cocktails is chosen with local perspective. Attendees share ideas, trade tips, and walk away with actionable solutions and a stack of new professional contacts.

Admingling events connect you to administrative professionals across all industries and levels of experience. You’re bound to have things in common with other guests, but our events are known for their diversity.
Each city’s inaugural event is free. Subsequent Admingling events will have a small admission fee to help cover basic event expenses including insurance, food, and printouts.
Unfortunately, we're unable to offer refunds for high-demand events like Admingling. Mark that date with a Sharpie, and count on coming!
