We’re back, Ninjas! The year’s first New York Admingling event will focus on useful productivity tools to help you kill it in 2017. Bring your notebooks, because this is hack & grub time! Share your favorite resources and tools with your fellow Ninjas and together, we’ll uncover processes to streamline inefficient or tedious tasks. This meetup will benefit your entire office while upping your stealth creds. Don’t miss this opportunity to have professional discussions with other ambitious Ninjas.

Admingling was so much fun! It was wrapped up in a nice little package … the food, laughter, networking and open forum—all covered in two short hours. Admingling’s first event in NYC was totally chill, with an open discussion about better connecting the city’s admin community. Ninjas dished on topics they’re curious about for future meetups and cleaned their plates to boot. Browse through our photo album.
To blend the best of ‘who you know’ and ‘what you know’, we started an ongoing events series in communities ripe with administrative talent (executive assistants, office managers, and admins). These relaxed shindigs cover relevant topics—think productivity, career development, and workplace wellness—with OfficeNinjas’ signature party vibe, great food, tasty libations, and a quirky venue.

Yes! We designed Admingling specifically for Office Ninjas (executive assistants, office managers, admins). If you don’t fall in any of those categories or something similar, sign up for our newsletter or consider sponsoring an event.
You will, but that’s just the start. These events connect you to administrative professionals across all industries and levels of experience. You’re bound to meet someone similar to you, but the sky’s the limit in terms of potential contacts.

Each city’s inaugural event is free. Subsequent Admingling events will have a small admission fee (no more than $15) to help cover basic event expenses, including insurance, signage, swag, etc.
Unfortunately, we're unable to offer refunds for high-demand events like Admingling. Mark that date with a Sharpie and count on coming!
Office Ninjas who mingle together stay together. We love that you’re involving your co-Ninjas, but make note of our first-come, first-serve basis. We ask each Ninja to sign up separately, but this is a great use for the “reply all” button. And you could totally host a sign-up party as a group.
